E-MAX Battery Ground Detector

Battery Ground Detectors supply contact closures for alarm indications at precise ground fault resistance settings. Once a transient is detected, the LED indicator will light and remain illuminated until the unit is reset. The BGD is designed to prevent damage and incorrect operation during anticipated transient conditions.

The Battery Ground Detector features top mounted terminals for easy access to electrical connections. Also located on the top exterior are the unit Reset switch and the Time Delay setting pot with a locking bushing. The relay can be securely mounted through four holes located on the base of the unit.
